Heidi Taylor is an executive coach and leadership facilitator with 12 years of experience developing leaders across healthcare, consulting, and small business. Her work centres on a simple premise: before leaders can grow, they need an accurate picture of how they actually lead, especially under pressure. With a foundation in social work, she brings a relational, evidence-based lens to that question, examining the drivers, motivations, and instinctual biases that shape how leaders decide, communicate, and respond when the stakes are high.
Heidi is the returning educator for AdvantAge Ontario Region 1, selected by its Administrators and CEOs to deliver leadership education across the region’s homes. She knows the realities of leadership in long-term care: human, high-stakes, and demanding sound judgment when there is no single right answer. Her facilitation helps participants recognize their own patterns, triggers, and stress responses and put that self-awareness to work in the conversations, decisions, and team dynamics they navigate every day.
Heidi holds certifications in two Enneagram approaches, the Narrative Tradition and the ATA Enneagram, which anchor her practice, and is trained in Gallup CliftonStrengths.
