From communication and delegation to networking and one-on-one coaching, MTP can help you become a better manager.

Four three-hour learning modules delivered over four months on Zoom, each with take-home tools and guides so you can apply what you learn directly at work.

Two one-on-one coaching sessions where you work with a coach on a skill of your choosing, plus a digital certificate awarded on completion.

A welcome session and two virtual coffee houses hosted by senior AdvantAge Ontario leaders — connect with peers, ask questions, and talk shop!
