Heidi Taylor

Heidi Taylor is an executive coach and leadership facilitator with 12 years of experience developing leaders across healthcare, consulting, and small business. Her work centres on a simple premise: before leaders can grow, they need an accurate picture of how they actually lead, especially under pressure. With a foundation in social work, she brings a relational, evidence-based lens to that question, examining the drivers, motivations, and instinctual biases that shape how leaders decide, communicate, and respond when the stakes are high.

Heidi is the returning educator for AdvantAge Ontario Region 1, selected by its Administrators and CEOs to deliver leadership education across the region's homes. She knows the realities of leadership in long-term care: human, high-stakes, and demanding sound judgment when there is no single right answer. Her facilitation helps participants recognize their own patterns, triggers, and stress responses and put that self-awareness to work in the conversations, decisions, and team dynamics they navigate every day.

Heidi holds certifications in two Enneagram approaches, the Narrative Tradition and the ATA Enneagram, which anchor her practice, and is trained in Gallup CliftonStrengths.

Dwayne Green

Administrator, Post Inn Village

I lead at the intersection of governance, quality, risk, and operations where complex systems require steady leadership and thoughtful alignment.

Over the course of my career in health systems, seniors’ care, and public service, I have strengthened organizations through strategic renewal, enterprise risk oversight, cultural transformation, and operational alignment. I work closely with executives and boards to ensure governance structures support safe, reliable care while aligning strategy with performance, accountability, and financial stewardship.

Early in my career, I learned that data shows us what is happening, but people help us understand why it matters. Strong systems require both. My leadership approach integrates evidence, lived experience, and disciplined execution to create clarity in complexity and stability during change.

I have led large, multidisciplinary teams and partnered across sectors to:

  • Strengthen governance and enterprise risk frameworks
  • Align quality, operations, and strategic planning
  • Stabilize and develop high-performing leadership teams
  • Foster accountable, human-centred cultures

I believe strong systems support safe care. Strong culture sustains strong systems. Strong leaders shape a strong culture. Beyond my formal roles, I remain deeply connected to the community. I mentor emerging leaders and youth, volunteer with organizations supporting families, and invest in lifelong learning and reflection. Music, fitness, and writing are disciplines that ground me and reinforce the rhythm and clarity I bring to leadership.
