Valentina Kibedi
Valentina is a consultant, coach, and facilitator with over 15 years of experience in leadership development and organizational improvement across the non-profit and public sectors. She has a passion for supporting mission-driven organizations to develop customized, actionable strategies, and transform their cultures. She has delivered leadership and management training to over 600 professionals in the non-profit and public sectors and provided 1-on-1 coaching to more than 120 leaders across various organizational levels. Valentina’s extensive experience includes facilitating cohort-based leadership training and coaching people-managers from emerging leaders to executives. Her approach is rooted in behaviour change, habit formation, empathetic leadership, and fostering resilient, inclusive teams.
Julia Bubrin
Julia is an accredited coach and mentor coach with the International Coach Federation, certified EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence, and has been facilitating adult learning programs for 15 years. She holds an MA from King’s College, University of London in Environment, Politics and Globalisation. Julia is a cis-gender white, queer woman, with a diverse professional background. Having experienced burnout and supporting others in their own professional journeys, Julia’s work focuses on holding space for individual and collective healing, transformation and growth. She is a life-long learner and social justice advocate.
At Laridae, Julia designs and facilitates learning programming, supporting organizations in growing their impact and implementing meaningful change. Using a coach-approach in her work, Julia establishes relationships built on trust and curiosity to drive towards results.

Jennifer Cornell
Jennifer Cornell is Chair of the Board for Advantage Ontario and Director of Long-Term Care & Senior Services for Grey County, where she leads the county’s three long-term care homes: Grey Gables, Lee Manor, and Rockwood Terrace. Her leadership is guided by the Colour It Your Way philosophy — bringing resident-centered care to life by celebrating individuality, choice, and meaningful engagement.
With over two decades in the sector, Jennifer has championed award-winning programs that prioritize quality of life, social connection, and innovative care. Her collaborative leadership continues to shape long-term care across the region, inspiring teams, families, and residents alike.
